"I have this." Dominic offered Aleksi the credit card that Damien had given him. Thus was what it was for he assumed. It also had his full name, Dominic Fox, on it .

He found the space overwhelming but would make do with the situation. "Maybe I should drink two?"

If Aleksi wanted him to even get tipsy he was going to need to drink alot

"I've got cash too if this place only takes bills."

Aleksi pulled out a wad of cash from his back pocket and then slid it back inside his jeans. He didn't really use credit cards as much because he was afraid of losing it while drunk.

"We can use the card or whatever. I'll put it all on a tab for us."

The Finn was already waving over the bartender and setting up a drinks slate for them to pay before they left.

"Two? Fuck yeah! Ok, I'll match you. Buy two and I'll drink two as well."

Dominic shrugged and put the card back in his pocket. He thought maybe it was polite to offer.

He waited while Aleksi ordered, wary and watching the people around them. It was a trait the Ministry instilled in everyone and he had ot just as much as Damien.

"I see the others drink whole bottles." Dominic himself had drank several bottles at Jake's party and felt very little.

"Thanks for the offer though."

Aleksi thought it sweet that Dominic wanted to use his credit card to pay. Maybe that was more the adult thing to do? Ah well, cash was ok and the Finn wanted to splash it tonight with his new friend.

"Oh yeah I've seen them do it too. Cocktails are always drunk in glasses though and it makes it a bit more fun than downing a bottle."

The boy ordered their drinks then passed the Dirty Martinis over, making a line of four.

"Two each then?"

Dominic had mostly been drinking with Viktor and some if the other heavy drinkers so when he was handed the martinis he downed both of them like shots.

He didn't know any better as he set the empty glasses on the counter.

"They're salty."

Aleksi watched with fascination and amusement when Dominic downed both Martinis as if they were water. Well, that confirmed the Finn's suspicions that the American wasn't a lightweight at all.

"Yeah, they are. Ok, my turn."

The boy downed his own drinks at the same speed and swallowed both down. They were really good but now Aleksi wanted to move onto something else. Something a little more potent.

"Ok, what about some Giant Cocks? They're a cocktail with whiskey, gin, rum, tequila and lime added."

Dominic could only shake his head at the drink names.

"Do all bars name thier drinks this way?" He had no way of knowing.

"The dirty names? No, not all. These are just theme nights that this bar has when it's Happy Hour. We get our drinks at a discount price and a dirty name too!"

Aleksi loved anything lewd and dirty drinks were one of his favourites. Dominic's accent was American and the Finn was loving his time spent with the older man so far.

"Here we go. Try these."

Would he even flinch at the burn?

Dominic nodded that he sort of understood. Happy hour still didn't make sense to him. He just assumed it was what early evening was called here.

Dominic took the drink and this one he did make a face at. It took him a moment to place the flavor. "Does this have gin in it?"

He was learning that he didn't like gin.

Dominic would soon learn what Happy Hour was hanging around with Aleksi, whether he wanted to or not. The boy was on a mission to try and get the man drunk and make sure he had a fun time.

"Yeah, it does. Oh fuck. Do you hate gin?"

Aleksi drank everything so hadn't thought about Dominic hating a particular type of booze. At least now he knew!

"Mick gave it to me before." Dominic didn't like it then either.

"Maybe just rum or whiskey?" Dominic had those before and liked them.

"Mick? I don't think I've met him yet. What's he like?"

Aleksi had mostly been hanging with the young, rowdy drunks and hadn't even met half the tour yet. The Danes were a riot! Especially Mikkel and his fun boyfriend, Fredrik. Then, there were the Americans---Syn and Joey, they knew how to drink and have a good time too.

"Rum or whiskey? Ok, let me get you something."

The Finn would make sure Dominic got enough to drink tonight because it was party time!

"He is Ziggy's partner and guitarist."

Dominic had met both of them. They were among the few that he had met so far.

He waited to see what Aleksi was going to give him.

"Another guitarist? I need to watch him play and see what techniques he has."

Aleksi always wanted to meet other guitarists since he lived for riffs and learning from rock star greats such as the Spiders from Mars. If he was Ziggy's guitarist then he had to be really good.

"Here you go. It's called the Aleksi Special."

The trashy Finn smiled as he passed Dominic the drink which was half whiskey, half rum with ice cubes in it.

"There are maybe 20 guitarists?" Dominic was making an eduction guess.

"What is it?" Dominic asked more for being able to ask for it in the future if he liked it. He downed half if it and then nodded approval.

"There's quite a few then. Good. I want to meet them all."

Aleksi was excited to meet all the guitarists and gain good tips and advice on playing his own instrument. He'd been in and out of jobs so it was hard to actually attend music school and keep a firm career down.

"It's half rum and half whiskey with ice cubes in it. You like it?"

The Finn grinned and kissed Dominic on the cheek.

"I know a couple of them."

Dominic would happily introduce him to Mick.

"It's better than the gin."

Aleksi wondered about Dominic and his dislike for gin but just put it down to personal preference because everyone liked different things.

"I need to know more of them. Perhaps I'll just meet them with loads of booze. That always works."

The young man's mind had a one track it seemed.

"Did this Mick give you gin then?"

"I think most of them drink."

Dominic had already finished this new drink.

"Yes. It was the first thing I tried."

"That's even better because I find booze livens up conversations."

Aleksi was a trashy drunk and wasn't ashamed at all. Even if he wasn't a rock star he could still drink and party with the rest of them. His love of the ocean though--that couldn't be stopped.

"I'm an aspiring guitarist, not a real rock star yet but maybe one day I'll make it big. I've been in so many jobs but I got fired from my last one for turning up drunk. When I deep sea dive I don't drink at all though because I'm not that fucking stupid."

Dominic was listening carefully then shrugged.

"I've only seen the ocean from a helicopter. I've never been swimming."

"Wait---what? You've never been swimming? That's a fucking crime if ever I heard one. How about I show you what it's like to feel the cool water against your skin? Hear the waves sloshing against your ears? It's fun."

Aleksi wanted to open up the man's eyes which were forced shut for all his life.

"You're drunk."

Dominic pointed out. "We will have to go some other time."

"I know I'm drunk and I didn't mean now. Never when I've touched booze."

Aleksi shook his head. It was his number one rule to never touch the water when he'd been drinking because he'd drown. The boy was a drunk at times but his swimming and diving he took very seriously.

"We're at the after party so we're allowed to get drunk. There's plenty of time on the tour to go swimming together."

The Finn tickled under Dominic's chin.

Dominic nodded because he could imagine drowning being a problem from what he saw of 'drunk' on the tour.

"I don't think I can get drunk." His glass was empty again and he still didn't feel anything. The tickling got a weird look from Dominic. He wondered what Aleksi was doing but then again, maybe it was something here that he would have to learn what it meant. He's obviously a bit confused.
