"There are maybe 20 guitarists?" Dominic was making an eduction guess.

"What is it?" Dominic asked more for being able to ask for it in the future if he liked it. He downed half if it and then nodded approval.

"There's quite a few then. Good. I want to meet them all."

Aleksi was excited to meet all the guitarists and gain good tips and advice on playing his own instrument. He'd been in and out of jobs so it was hard to actually attend music school and keep a firm career down.

"It's half rum and half whiskey with ice cubes in it. You like it?"

The Finn grinned and kissed Dominic on the cheek.

"I know a couple of them."

Dominic would happily introduce him to Mick.

"It's better than the gin."

Aleksi wondered about Dominic and his dislike for gin but just put it down to personal preference because everyone liked different things.

"I need to know more of them. Perhaps I'll just meet them with loads of booze. That always works."

The young man's mind had a one track it seemed.

"Did this Mick give you gin then?"

"I think most of them drink."

Dominic had already finished this new drink.

"Yes. It was the first thing I tried."

"That's even better because I find booze livens up conversations."

Aleksi was a trashy drunk and wasn't ashamed at all. Even if he wasn't a rock star he could still drink and party with the rest of them. His love of the ocean though--that couldn't be stopped.

"I'm an aspiring guitarist, not a real rock star yet but maybe one day I'll make it big. I've been in so many jobs but I got fired from my last one for turning up drunk. When I deep sea dive I don't drink at all though because I'm not that fucking stupid."

Dominic was listening carefully then shrugged.

"I've only seen the ocean from a helicopter. I've never been swimming."

"Wait---what? You've never been swimming? That's a fucking crime if ever I heard one. How about I show you what it's like to feel the cool water against your skin? Hear the waves sloshing against your ears? It's fun."

Aleksi wanted to open up the man's eyes which were forced shut for all his life.

"You're drunk."

Dominic pointed out. "We will have to go some other time."

"I know I'm drunk and I didn't mean now. Never when I've touched booze."

Aleksi shook his head. It was his number one rule to never touch the water when he'd been drinking because he'd drown. The boy was a drunk at times but his swimming and diving he took very seriously.

"We're at the after party so we're allowed to get drunk. There's plenty of time on the tour to go swimming together."

The Finn tickled under Dominic's chin.

Dominic nodded because he could imagine drowning being a problem from what he saw of 'drunk' on the tour.

"I don't think I can get drunk." His glass was empty again and he still didn't feel anything. The tickling got a weird look from Dominic. He wondered what Aleksi was doing but then again, maybe it was something here that he would have to learn what it meant. He's obviously a bit confused.

"We'll have to put that to the test. Let me order some more cocktails for us both, stronger this time."

Aleksi would make sure the bartender added more booze to Dominic's glass because he really wanted to see the man get drunk, lose control and have fun. Was he really that immune to booze? It was weird, almost.

"Here we go. Yours is on the right. They're Sex on the Beach with extra vodka and tequila in both."

The young man didn't even assume why Dominic was confused about the chin tickle.

"Ok." Dominic was fine with it. He was curious and honestly wanted to be included. If that meant getting drunk then he would try.

"You shouldn't be drinking as much as I am." Dominic mentioned before picking up the drink. He knew from Damien that the others couldn't drink as much as they could. However, Dominic is ready to try this one and drinks about half of it before stopping.

"I shouldn't be drinking as much as you? Why? You're not my father."

Aleksi giggled and began drinking his exotic cocktail while keeping eyes on Dominic. He loved to tease the older man and spending time like this was fun. The man was interesting and Aleksi liked that.

"You're different to the other boys---uh men I've drunk with."

Dominic was no mere boy but a grown man.

"You get drunk and I don't, I don't think.."

Dominic shrugged and finished his drink. He wasn't catching on to much of the nuance of the conversation.

"I know I am different than others." Dominic really was out of his element and had no idea that Aleksi was interested in him at all or teasing.

"You don't? Maybe you've just not got drunk enough to realise you're drunk?"

Was Aleksi making any sense? Probably not. He was getting more trashed by the second as he was slugging cocktails down because it was happy hour. He loved the strong alcoholic ones the best.

"What makes you different from them?"

The boy was curious.

"It is illegal at home."

Dominic still thought of the Ministry as home because it was all he really knew.

"Most people aren't breed specifically like I have been."

"That fucking blows!"

Aleksi just stared at Dominic and shook his head before taking a gulp of his drink. What blowhards made drinking booze illegal? It didn't make sense to the younger man.

"Bred? You keep using that word like it's normal."

"It's how I was born." Dominic shrugged and finished his drink. "For Damien and I it is normal."

"I guess it is. Oh well---let's get some more drinks. What would you like now?"

Aleksi pulling over a cocktail menu from the bar showing all the two for one drinks you could buy during happy hour. It lasted from 10pm to around 3pm. Perfect for the two men enjoying one another's company.

"We've got most of the night to try the whole menu if you want."

Dominic looked at the menu.

"We could try all of them...unless they have gin." Dominic really hated the taste of gin.

"All of them sounds good to me. No, I don't think they have gin in, more tequila, vodka, rum and whiskey."

Aleksi knew Dominic didn't like the taste of gin so wouldn't be giving him those drinks. They could still get totally trashed on the other cocktails on the list, that being all of them.

"Ok, your choice. Which should we have next?"

Dominic took the menu and pointed out something that had rum and some fruit juice. Dominic had a love of fruit since it was rare back home.

"What about this one? Fruit is rare back home."

"Ok, we'll have this one. You're saying fruit is rare back home? That fucking sucks ass. You can eat as much as you want now you're here."

What kind of hellhole had he come from? Aleksi wanted to make sure Dominic would have a good time at the bars tonight.

"Coming right up!"

The boy giggled and knew he was drunk and getting more trashed the more he drank.

"A lot of food was regulated because it was considered a crime to eat." Dominic had always thought that was a wierd military stance. "Alcohol, sweets, coffee, sugar, fruits."
